If you, the customer, are unhappy with the product for any reason, you can return the unused bottle for a full refund of the purchase price minus delivery and handling. To obtain your refund, you must email us at: returns@upliftmood.com with your order number so we can process your refund. To receive your refund, your return must be received at our delivery facility within 30 days of purchase. You pay for return delivery.

We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked return to sender or refused. If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned product, a refund will be issued to your credit card. After the delivery department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days or less to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to be posted to your account, depending on your financial banking institution.
