Delivery Methods
We ship worldwide. We ship to New Zealand and the world via NZPost, Courier Post and DHL.

Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped by 4 PM the following business day. If for some reason we cannot ship your order by 4 PM within two business days, we will email you to let you know within 48 hours.

Arrival Time
For NZ Post orders, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within New Zealand. For worldwide orders allow for 14-21 days via DHL Global Mail. For DHL Express Orders please allow for 3 - 7 days for delivery to Australia and 5 - 7 days for all other international orders.

Currency
All pricing and final billing is processed in New Zealand Dollars.

Credit Card Security
Our website uses SSL, does not store credit card details, and all payments are handled by DPS. A secure, PCI compliant, third party service.

Returns and Exchanges
Please email us at returns@upliftmood.com to let us know the item(s) are on the way. Please also specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange. When we receive your item(s), we will gladly exchange them or refund the credit card used for purchase. New Zealand

Customs, Exports and Tariffs
Interactive Pulse Ltd will not be held responsible for any orders being held up, restricted or controlled by customs in your country. Please check with your local customs if you are unsure of your local import rules and regulations. Interactive Pulse Ltd will not be liable for any customs duties, taxes or tariffs associated with your order.

Our Commitment To Quality Guarantee
At UpLift™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, simply send back the unused portion within 30 days and we will refund 100% of the purchase price plus standard shipping charges. If the mistake is ours, we will also gladly pay for your return shipping charges when we receive your item(s). Please note that we refund Standard shipping charges only. We do not refund for DHL Express shipping charges.
